We went to Zaxby's on Germantown Parkway tonight at 9:35 PM on 2/11/2026. My 7-year-old grandson was served raw/undercooked chicken tonight.
We didn't know the chicken was raw until he said he couldn't eat the other piece because it tasted funny. I am very upset and in disbelief that you all would even allow some undercooked food to come out of your restaurant as much as we have to pay for the food.
I have the pictures and the rest of the chicken here at the house. Undercooked chicken can lead to gastro issues for life: hospitalization from salmonella poisoning.

Please see attached receipt. This was a drive thru transaction. I was advised to pull over to wait for order. It took sometime; when order came, it had no Cobb salad. I flagged a food runner to let them know. No one ever brought the salad, so after my other food was obviously cold, I had to physically go into the store and ask for a refund. The manager came to the counter and said he had prepared my order and seemed a little confused. He offered to make a salad, but didnt seem to care that the rest of my order was now cold. He spoke to me rudely and never apologized.
At the time, I noticed all of the cars in the drive thru were being asked to pull over and wait. Girls were running food to cars and then bringing the food back, as they were running food to the wrong cars. It was a total *** show. This was a big waste of my time and I still had to go somewhere else for a meal that evening.
When a customer spends $34 at a fast food establishment, we expect good, friendly customer service and a correct and complete order. This was anything but.
Attached is my refund receipt, which provides the name of the employee (Damany D).
Suggestions for improvement: This store location needs training. The current staff are not prepared to run the operation smoothly. Rather; they are operating in total chaos.

On a positive note, my family loves Zaxbys. This incident was unfortunate and avoidable.

The general manager is doing a lot of wrong things towards workers and customers. They have been calling in complaints against him. On top of that, he brought a manager and her friend into the job and let the friend get manager hours, while the other manager told him that it is not fair to the other employees.

I ordered a Zaxbys Grilled House Salad with extra tomatoes and extra cucumbers. My salad had six chunks of grilled chicken, eight small, thinly sliced tomatoes, and eight chunks of cucumber.
They neglected to put the cheese and French-fried onions on it. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no dressing, and they put so much dressing on it that the bun was soggy and dripping, and they charged me for a meal. I also ordered a grilled chicken meal and received a spicy fried chicken sandwich with overcooked fries.
The restaurant would not answer its phone despite being called around 20 times. The next time we returned, the manager offered us a generous 10% discount off our next meal.
Someone needs to teach that manager about customer courtesy and customer satisfaction. Evidently, she missed the days when those courses were taught.
My goal now is to find out who the franchise owner is and let them know.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally report serious concerns based on my personal experiences at the Zaxbys location in Warrensburg, MO.I have visited this location twice in the past month, and on both occasions:My order took over 30 minutes.Sauces that normally come with the meal (such as for chicken or cheesecake bites) were missing.The employees working appeared to be teenagers, and I did not observe any visibly older manager or adult supervisor on site.
During my first visit, I spoke with a young employee who told me he was the manager on duty and that there were only two employees working at the time and On my second visit, I saw more employees present, but they also appeared to be in their teens. Again, I did not observe any clearly identified adult supervisor.
As a customer and a parent, I find this concerning, both for the quality of service and for the well-being of the employees. In my opinion, leaving a team of teenagers to operate a restaurant (even this slow- 3 cars and a few inside) without visible adult leadership IS creating challenges for safety, training, and service quality.
I am requesting that this location be reviewed to ensure that proper staffing, supervision, and support are consistently in place, and that employees, particularly minors, are working under appropriate oversight.

Hello Im reaching out because I go to Zaxbys everyday after school and my son is severely autistic and will only eat fries from zaxbys, but when we order and have to pull up to the white line he freaks out really bad, it triggers him driving from window with food, and yesterday when we had to pull up to white and he freaked out all the way home but we managed, and today we had to pull up to line but we were the only car in drive thru so I didnt mind, but when his freak outs gets too bad I have to call and cancel the order so I can go home because he bangs his head on window, and kicks glass out, and today was a bad one and we got pulled over and had to be escorted home by police but when I called to cancel I was trying to explain but I know they dont understand the situation unless theyre experienced it, but I want someone to talk to Bobby on his insensitivity and none understanding, I understand this is my person problem but I was still talking when I call to cancel the order trying to ask if I was still getting the refund but he hung up before I was done and when I called back to ask if I was getting a refund he said he will get to the computer when he gets to it and this is the third time Ive had an unpleasant experience with him, he just not understanding and doesnt seem to care what Im saying and its insensitive and rude, I come to zaxbys because I have too my son literally will not eat and other food but I will have to go to a different location for now on even though this location is 5 minutes away from home, I just want more people to be aware to try to listen and understand where some moms are coming from, I just want to be heard, but thank you!

- - -I found I had a serious medical issue after being sick at home and seeing a doctor off the clock, and I was terminated after giving a medical excuse.
I didn't know I had a real life medical issue was hurting at work till my days off was home sick and went to the doctor off the clock and found out it was serious gave my excuse and didn't know they terminated me I was just waiting to be put back on the schedule! No response
I drove back for them to redo a terrible order, and they still got it wrong.

It was horrible at this particular Zaxby's toasted bread was wet. Fries not cook all the way.
no sauce on my boneless wings I asked for sweet and spicy I got dry and barley any sauce ask them to redo it and they gave me recooked greasy fries with a lot of seasoning salt to cover up the grease. I asked for my money back. I will never ever go to this one again.

I visited Zaxby's on Knox Avenue in Augusta last evening and ordered a large tea. The tea was sour.
Why would they serve soured tea? Then today we had an order of 75.99, and they held our order over 30 minutes to call back and say no Dr. Pepper. Well, I am sure the food is not hot, and we deserve fresh food that we paid for.
It's a delivery, and we have waited for an hour for food. Thanks for cold food.

I would just like to tell you that my last Zaxby's experience was terrible. It was a carryout order for two five-piece chicken finger meals, and my chicken was very pink inside, not done by any standards.
Neither one of us could eat our meals. The french fries tasted old; the bread was the only good part of the meal, and that's sad to say after spending nearly $50. By the time we got it home, we were disappointed and angry. What can we do about the situation?
Something needs to be done. If not, tell me who I need to speak to. This incident happened in Greenville, Alabama. This is my email address; please get back to me as soon as possible.

Poor management/ staff
- - Drive-thru orders are never correct.

You never get the correct food that you order and pay for when using the drive thru! Then when you try to go inside to resolve the matter, they lock the doors and completely dismiss that youre standing there
