Very angry customers

I went to Zaxby's and spent $70 only for me to not even get all my food. On top of the fact that they gave no receipt, they had a bad attitude.

It was the worst experience ever. I eat there at least 4 times a week and the customer service sucks.

The employees told customers this is how they clean. Said it was a manager standing on the food preparing station with nasty contaminated crocks.

Spraying chemicals over food that customers pay money for. This is unacceptable

I placed an order for pick later but my schedule changed and was unable to amend pick time. I made several attempts to contact the location at 205.655.2220 for at least 40 minutes.

No answer and I was unable to make amendment to pick up time. Disappointed that orders can not be cancelled or edited.

I placed a online order that had a promotion of 4 free shrimp with $ purshase. I added the offer to my order.

We get home and the 4 free shrimp wasnt there. No problem easy fix. Wrong, my husband called not once but twice and was basically told both times that we were lieing. Said she was looking at my receipt.

I have my online order receipt and told her. Said we could bring up thrre to prove it wasnt ordered. But said wouldnt do us any good. Then she started laughing before she hung the phone up on us.

I know it was only 4 shrimp valued at $3. But thats not the point. My husband daid took him awhile to get anyone to help him to get the order. We deserve an apology being told not so..we are honest adults to have a kid talk to us like that.

If she dors us lije that, who else she talk like that to. This isnt first time weve had a problem either.

Rude manager

I went into the store located in hot springs. I was greeted by a worker.

Then I asked her a cpl questions. And she got me taken care of... While that was going on the Rude General Manager "KATHY" walked up and grabbed a headset off her head and told her to "clock out and Go"... All she(Maddie)did was help me..

then I asked her why she treats her employees that way and she was rude and very unprofessional. She also called the worker (Stupid) in front of employees and customers. She was proud of her Rude Attitude. And she also called me a liar.

She also said she didn't put her hand on the employee, and there were witnesses to all of this.

Sry U have poor Management at this location. She claimed there isn't anyone above her.

Combined with 'wailing'. You're doing both ; time for a CT scan of your head.

No. No way.

You'll get it with the next pay period. Sloppy application completion is a bad way to start a new job. They should teach that in schools along with checking account balancing, tire changing, cooking and nutrition, conversational English, spelling ; basic skills.

I, the employer, do not care about your knowledge of Harriet Tubman or Rosa Parks. I wind up with applicants who can barely spell.
